Job Description:
As a Cloud Solutions Architect at our company, you will lead the architectural design and deployment of cloud-based solutions. You’ll play a pivotal role in understanding business needs, evaluating cloud technologies, and implementing scalable and secure cloud infrastructures to drive our company forward.
Duties & Responsibilities:
– Design and implement cloud infrastructure solutions to meet business objectives.
– Collaborate with development and IT teams to identify the optimal cloud solutions.
– Provide technical leadership in cloud migration strategies, including application refactoring and re-platforming.
– Ensure cloud architectures are scalable, resilient, secure, and compliant.
– Develop templates or scripts to automate everyday developer or operations functions.
– Stay current with industry trends, making recommendations as needed to help the company excel.
Minimum Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
– Proven experience as a Cloud Solutions Architect or similar role.
– Expertise in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
– Familiarity with cloud security best practices and tools.
– Strong understanding of cloud architecture patterns and best practices.
– Professional cloud certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Professional Cloud Architect, or Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
